Sheriff’s Office

• On Oct. 18, someone broke into a home on N.C. 42 East near Kenly and stole two flat-screen TVs worth $650.

• On Oct. 18, deputies responded to a break-in at a home on Lori Lane, Dunn, where someone stole about $40,000 in property, including two lawn mowers, TVs and jewelry.

• On Oct. 19, someone broke into a vehicle on Princeton-Kenly Road, Kenly, and stole $1,310 in property, including tools and a toolbox.

• On Oct. 19, deputies responded to a break-in at storage facilities on South Trace Drive near Benson, where someone stole $1,300 in property, including a tree trimmer, leaf blower and chainsaw.

• Lynn Marie Schack, 53, of 401 Black Forest Drive, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while her license was revoked.

• Beatriz Aguirre, 56, of 6162 Swift Creed Road, Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon.

• On Oct. 20, someone stole two diamond rings valued at $2,000 from a home on Norris Road near Clayton.

• James Allen Payne, 47, of 3015 Cornwallis Road, Garner, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with growing marijuana.

• On Oct. 21, deputies responded to a larceny from a construction site on Linden Court in the Cleveland community, where someone stole $3,500 in copper wiring.

• On Oct. 21, deputies responded to a larceny from a construction site on Pappy Lane in the Cleveland community, where someone stole $1,000 in copper wire.

• On Oct. 22, deputies responded to a larceny from a vehicle on Debbie Circle in Angier. The thief took $1,700 in property, including a laptop computer, digital camera, tools and batteries.

• Justin Kane Eason, 22, of 282 Hickory Grove Church Road, Four Oaks, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges including felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer.

• Erika Pasillas McCalvin, 34, of 3483 Browns Pond Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with misdemeanor assault.

• On Oct. 23, someone stole an $8,000 trailer from an open land area on Flower Hill Road near Middlesex.

• On Oct. 23, someone broke into a home on Thorne Road, Selma, and stole $1,250 in property, including a shotgun, rifle and flat-screen TV.

• On Oct. 23, someone broke into a home on Goosehole Road, Benson, and stole a $400 pistol.

• Dolly Wadsworth Evans, 44, of 3165 Grabtown Road, Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with felony possession of methamphetamines and felony possession with intent to distribute meth.

• Terry Matthew Hall, 19, of 3165 Grabtown Road, Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges including felony possession of methamphetamines and felony possession with intent to distribute meth.

• Joel Gabriel McMillan, 22, of 80 Starline Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault on female.

• On Oct. 24, deputies responded to a larceny at Town and Country Hardware on N.C. 210, Benson. The thief took four backpack blowers valued at about $1,900.

• On Oct. 24, someone broke into a home on Bay Valley Road, Kenly, and stole $1,725 in property, including a stereo system, DVD player and TV converter box.

Smithfield Police

• Glenwood Duane Sanders, 48, of 808 Revell Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with driving while impaired.

• Frank Anthony Artrip, 37, of 103 East Crestview Drive, Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with being a felony fugitive of Montgomery County, Tenn.

• On Oct. 18, someone stole a cell phone and $600 in cash from a store on North Bright Leaf Boulevard.

• Melvin Eugene Ingram, 27, of 407 Keen St., Four Oaks, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

• Willie Don Cotton, 53, of 206 Kathy Circle, Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with misdemeanor assault on a female.

• Victor Ramirez Reyes, 35, of 1280 Macedonia Road, Spring Hope, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with driving while impaired and misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked.

• On Oct. 20, police responded to a break-in at a home on Blount St., where someone stole $5,8250 in property, including plumbing and tools.

• Alexandro Bello Dominguez, 24, of 414 N. 10th St., Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with assault on a female and communicating threats.

• Amber Nichole Norvell, 31, of 212 Tina Ave., Pikeville, was arrested Oct. 21 pn charges including providing drugs to inmate and felony possession with the intent to sell or distribute cocaine.

• Jason Maurice Williams, 35, of 6405 Touchstone Drive, Fayetteville, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct at a public building.

• Jason Gray McKeel, 28, of 199 Paceville Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges including misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor assault on an unborn child.
