Sheriff’s Office

• Elissa Renee Hinton, 25, of 230 Ladonna Lane, Clayton, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with felony larceny by employee.

• Terrance Murray Smith, 43, of 701 Italy St., Fayetteville, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense.

• Brian Keith Jernigan, 39, of 2263 Wood’s Crossroads Road, Benson, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges including resisting an officer and felony possession with intent to sell or distribute methamphetamine.

• Steven Michael Chapman, 25, of 4262 Piney Grove Road, Angier, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges including manufacturing methamphetamine and interfering with emergency communications.

• On Nov. 11, deputies responded to a break-in at a home on Hood Farm Road near Clayton. The thief or thieves got away with $11,350 in property, including a TV, Wii game system, a laptop computer, jewelry, an iPad, a small pool table and purses.

• On Nov. 11, deputies responded to break-in at a home on Duchess Drive in the Cleveland community. The thief or thieves got away with $2,453 in property, including a diamond ring, four watches and a digital camera.

• Adam Wayne Brown, 26, of 1325 Bowling Road, Wake County, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with driving while impaired.

• Christopher Anthony Narron, 45, of 4860 Johnson’s Chapel Road, Benson, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.

• Tramaine Santwan Surrett, 23, of 152 Beadle Court, Smithfield, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with felony conspiracy.

• Paris Lanee Hall, 20, of 516 S. Blanch St., Pine Level, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges including domestic assault.

• Brandon Christopher Reeves, 24, of 108 Hawk’s Nest Circle, Smithfield, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges including driving while impaired and resisting an officer.

• On Nov. 9, someone broke into a home on House Road near Middlesex and stole $1,600 in property, including a TV, a tablet computer and $500 in cash.

• On Nov. 9, someone caused $6,000 in damage to construction equipment on Flowers Village Boulevard near Clayton.

• On Nov. 8, someone broke into a home on Riverbend Drive, Clayton, and stole $7,550 in property, including jewelry, a TV and golf clubs.

• On Nov. 8, someone broke into a home on Buffalo Road, Wendell, and stole $2,000 in property, including a revolver and a semiautomatic gun.

• Anthony Joseph Scott, 33, of 5312 Dixon Drive, Raleigh, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense.

Smithfield Police

• On Nov. 13, someone entered a home on U.S. 301 South and stole $1,250 in property, including entertainment system equipment and $100 in cash.

• On Nov. 12, deputies responded to a larceny at Solid Rock Bible Church on Lemay Street. The thief or thieves got away with $5,000 in building materials.

• Billy Talton Whitley II, 40, of 291 Scarlet Oak Run, Clayton, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with driving while impaired.

• David Fraire, 18, of 1008 Hazel St., Clayton, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with driving while impaired and driving after drinking while under age 21.

• Gene Lane, 59, of 202 Skyland Drive, Apartment 138, Smithfield, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with assault on a female and communicating threats.

• Tyrell Antiwan Vanderbilt-Duff, 22, of 1247 W.C. Braswell Road, Princeton, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges including felony larceny after breaking and entering.
