Lambert receives managerial award
Terry Lambert, manager of McDonalds in Four Oaks, has received the Ray Krock Award, an annual award that recognizes the top-performing McDonalds managers in the country. Nationwide, 142 managers received the award this year.
Lambert has been a McDonalds manager for 19 years. He is a three-time winner of the Raleigh Region Oustanding Manager Award.
As a Ray Kroc Award winner, Lambert received a cash prize and a trip to Chicago for an awards gala in March.

Bank names assets manager
Lynn C. DelGaudio has joined Four Oaks Bank as special-assets manager.
DelGaudio is a native of West Hartford, Conn., where she graduated with honors from William H. Hall High School. She is also an honor graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where she earned her accounting degree.
DelGaudio is no stranger to Four Oaks Bank. For the past two years, she worked with the banks Special Assets Department as a senior vice president of Oceancrest Real Estate Advisory Services in Wilmington.
Before joining Oceancrest, DelGaudio was an appraisal consultant with Alvey & DiMura Appraisers in Latham, N.Y. She is a former member of the Commercial Real Estate Women of San Francisco and the Wilmington Area Hospitality Association.
DelGaudio is fluent in Spanish and has extensive consulting experience in Latin America and Spain.
Brewing supplier moves downtown
After one year in business, Out Back Brewing Supply has moved to 417 E. Second St. in Clayton. The store offers brewing kits, grains, yeast, hops, carboys, bottles, kegs, carbon dioxide and kettles. Milling is available.
