Letter: She wants equitable treatment for her father

May 2, 2014

His light bill was $859

Thank you for your recent article that explains why my father, 82 years old, has a perpetually high light bill. Since the first of the year, it’s been more than $500, and this month’s bill came in at a whopping $859. This is unreasonable for man who primarily lives alone. Something’s got to be done to ensure that rates are equitable for all residents.
