Toby Glenn Brady and Catherine Anne Boylin exchanged wedding vows Saturday, May 17, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church in Smithfield, NC. The Reverend Robert C. Flynn officiated. A dinner reception followed at the church. The groom's parents were hosts for a rehearsal dinner at Holt Lake Barbeque.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornell Cox of Smithfield and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Boylin of Gaithersburg, MD. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Staton Boyette of Smithfield and the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Paul Boylin Jr. of Wadesboro, NC.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Allen of Smithfield and Mr. and Mrs. Willie Brady of Zebulon. He is the grandson of Mrs. Estelle Lynch and the late Mr. Edward T. Lynch of Roanoke Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Siler of Asheville, the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Allen of Smithfield, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Brady of Clayton.
The bride was escorted by her father, Cornell Cox. Julie Pittman of Rutherfordton, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Mia and Sophie Pittman, nieces of the bride, were the flower girls.
Willie Brady, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Marc Allen, brother of the groom and Lewis Allen, stepfather of the groom. Ushers were Scott Duren of Wilmington and Chris Stanley of Smithfield. Tamika Bryant was the register attendant.
